Wonder World Cave and Adventure Park boasts the title of the first commercially opened show cave in Texas. Since 1894, visitors have explored the Balcones Fault Line Cave, sculpted by a powerful earthquake millions of years ago. Guided tours lead you through towering rock formations and ancient fossils, unraveling the geological history of the Earth's forces. The park also features an observation tower providing panoramic views of the fault line that separates the Hill Country from the Eastern Plains.
The cave goes approximately 110 feet below the surface.
The guided cave tour takes roughly two hours to complete.
The tour is not recommended for individuals with recent lower body operations or those who suffer from heart or breathing conditions.
