Located on the west bank of the San Marcos River, Scull Road Bridge Access is a leased property managed by Texas Parks and Wildlife. It serves as an excellent take-out point for a three-mile float from the San Marcos River Retreat or a launch site for exploring the slower backwaters near Martindale Dam. Anglers frequent this spot to target Largemouth Bass, Guadalupe Bass, and Channel Catfish among the downed trees and aquatic vegetation.
